Add the chaat masala powder and little salt to the Paneer, and cheese. Mix together and make very small roundels of it. Keep aside.
Mix rest of the ingredients together nicely to form a soft dough.Take small amount of the above potato mixture. Make small patties out of it.
Flatten the Patty and stuff it with the Paneer roundels. Reshape it.
Brush little oil on both sides of the patties. Put them on a greased baking tray.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 5-6 minutes on each side or till it is golden brown.
